Imagine it covered with flowers

The Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau has, for six centuries, been a leading health care complex on a national level.

It is also a modernist construction listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage site that has created a feeling of pride for the city of Barcelona, along with other buildings such as the Palau de la Música.

The Coordonné team, moved by the current health crisis, has all its attention focused on this building, which, like many other health centres, is dedicated to attending to those affected by Covid-19.

We have nothing but gratitude for the doctors and nurses who, during the present pandemic, are risking their lives to set us all free from this humanitarian nightmare.

Thank you, thank you and thank you again. In honour of your work we would like to cover the hospital with flowers and tattooed open palms, as a symbol of solidarity towards the hospital that has been, is and will always be a centre open to life and research.

If we could, we would cover each and every hospital in this country with our Neo-flowery design because, according to the Berber culture, tattoos symbolise healing and protection against adversity and also pride in belonging to a group, in this case health care workers.

Let’s keep up our positive thinking and feel part of a greater community.
