Online Shopping
Why do we use your personal data?

Automated credit evaluations
Credit applications for payment are normally processed automatically by computer algorithms, without human mediation. In case your credit application has been evaluated by a computer algorithm and you have been denied, you have the right to express your point of view and to appeal the decision.
Advertisements, promotions, newsletters
What do we use your personal data for?
We will use your personal data to generate and send announcements and promotions, including style and shopping recommendations, notifications, information, surveys and invitations through various communication channels.
Advertisements, promotions and other direct marketing communications will be distributed according to your preferences through emails, text messages, phone calls or postal mail, social media channels or web browser.

How long do we keep your data?
Coordonné will not process your data for longer than is necessary to provide you with advertisements, promotions and other direct marketing messages.
We will stop processing your data for marketing purposes once you have closed your customer or member account with Coordonné, actively declining any further marketing communication from us. Thereafter, your data will be permanently deleted, retained only in blocked form in case of legal obligation.

Coordonné will use your personal data in order to manage your Coordonné account (“My Account”) including the following: collection of consents, identification and certification of the identity of the account user, prevention of unauthorized access and use, limited use by minors, communication of notices and notifications, measures against account misuse, breach of terms of use, as well as management of withdrawal of consents. We will also use your personal information to provide you with a personalized online experience and to make your purchase information immediately available to you.
We will not use more data than is necessary for you to benefit from all the advantages associated with your Coordonné account. This means that we will only use the personal information you provide when you create your account.

You grant Coordonné and Group companies a non-exclusive license, exempt from economic / remuneration rights and without territorial limit, to use any photographic and audiovisual content in relation to which you have expressly responded #COORDONNEHOMES, hereinafter “Audiovisual Content”, for marketing and/or advertising purposes, including online store, emails, social networks, Coordonné channels and paid multimedia networks, store material and other customer communications made by Coordonne, its affiliates or partners. Coordonné may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit such audiovisual Content at its entire discretion.
You hereby represent and warrant with respect to the Audiovisual Content: (i) that you have full rights to the Audiovisual Content; (ii) that you have the permission of any person(s) appearing in such Audiovisual Content to grant the relevant rights; (iii) that you are over 16 years of age; and (iv) that Coordonné may use such Audiovisual Content without infringing the rights of any third party or law. You hereby release Coordonné and anyone acting on its behalf from any obligation to pay for the use of such Audiovisual Content, as well as any intellectual property rights contained therein and linked to the uses described above. By using #COORDONNEHOMES you consent to Coordonné, S.L. as responsible for the processing of your data for advertising and marketing purposes. How do we use your personal data?
Each customer’s photos and/or videos are recorded as personal data. Such personal data will be published on our official website, and/or on our social media pages and other advertising channels. For this, we need your photos and/or videos and, in return, we will link the photo to your Instagram account.
Who has access to your personal data?
We may share your personal data with the Coordonné group as long as it is necessary to satisfy the intended purpose. For the same reason, personal data may also be shared with suppliers who perform certain activities on our behalf, such as data processors, IT companies, data analysis companies or multimedia agencies. Coordonné will always assume full responsibility for its suppliers.
Remember that by tagging your photo or video clip you are voluntarily sharing content and other personal data with Instagram or other social media platforms. This relationship is outside the scope of Coordonné, being a matter between the client and the multimedia service provider.
Unless otherwise specified here, we will never provide, market or exchange your data with third parties.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
We will collect, use and share your username, photos and/or videos to the extent necessary to provide the service and meet expectations when using COORDONNEHOMES and other user-generated content services.
How long do we keep your information?
We will retain your username and generated content for 24 months from the date of publication.
