Shipping & Returns
Wallpaper samples usually measure 16,66 cm x 25 cm. Depending on the collection or product chosen, this size may vary.
Wallpaper samples are sent by post. For an additional charge, you can choose express delivery with an express service (see Shipping Costs section).
Samples are offered in exchange for a contribution to costs lower than the actual value of the service. Coordonné reserves the right to consider abusive any order of more than 20 samples during a period of 30 days and not to respond to it. The abusive order will be cancelled and any amount already paid will be refunded to the customer.
You can buy sample cans of paint in 125 ml format.
The shipment is made by carrier (see prices of paint shipment in the section Shipping costs).
The delivery of wallpaper samples is free of charge throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom by post. Delivery between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the country of destination.
It is possible to contract an express service (delivery in 3 days) for the shipment of samples:
o Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 4,90 €.
o Canary Islands : 13€.
Ø Continental European Union : 10,90€.
Ø United Kingdom : 14,90€.
Ø Rest of the world : 22,90€.
Wallpaper and Homewears
We deliver to the following countries : Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovenia.
A flat rate of 9,90€ applies to all wallpaper and Homewears shipments for countries in the continental European Union, whatever the quantity of product ordered.
For territories outside the mainland (Cyprus, Malta, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, Azores, Madeira…), the rate will be calculated at checkout.
Countries outside the European Union
A flat rate of 19,90€ applies for all wallpaper and Homewears shipments outside the European Union, whatever the quantity of product ordered.
A flat rate of 9.90 ¤ applies for all paint shipments within the continental European Union, whatever the quantity of product ordered. For other countries, the rate will be calculated at checkout.
Countries outside the European Union
A flat rate of 30 ¤ applies for all paint shipments outside the European Union with Standard service, whatever the quantity of product required.
If Standard service is not available for the destination country, the order will be shipped with Express service and the fee will be calculated at checkout.
Customs duties, charges and import taxes.
For islands and countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges and taxes may be levied by the tax authorities of the destination country. They are to be paid by the buyer.
In case the order contains paint and another type of product (wallpaper, homewears or samples), the shipping costs related to paint will be applied.
The delivery time mentioned in each product sheet is estimated, for a standard shipment with UPS or GLS within the European Union.
For shipments to the rest of the world, islands, or remote locations, additional shipping days will have to be taken into account.
The estimated time also does not take into account possible delays due to customs procedures.
In case of delay, no damages can be claimed in any case.
Exchanges will have to be processed as Returns of the original product and make a new purchase. See section Returns.
To proceed with the return, you must request it by sending an email to email@example.com within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return, to explain the procedure.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and cannot be used or damaged. They must keep their complete original packaging.
The customer will have to assume the cost of shipping the product to the origin. You may send it with the transport company of your choice.
Personalized products, in particular custom-made murals, cannot be exchanged or returned.
Claims for wallpaper
Once the wallpaper has been received, it is essential to check :
- that none of the rolls are damaged, that the wallpaper and its color are correct.
- that all the rolls are of the same color.
- that the installer has taken into account the installation instructions indicated on the roll or on our website.
Coordonné will not be responsible for any defects that are visible before the installation.
Once the wallpaper has been installed, Coordonné cannot be held responsible for any defects and cannot benefit from the warranty offered in our general conditions of sale.
After having laid 3 or 4 strips (maximum 1 roll), the installer must check the result to ensure that there is no defect. No claim will be considered if several rolls have been laid with the same defect. In case of defect, send a complaint by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days after receipt of the papers.
If one of our products has a defect (including customized products), we will exchange or return it at our expense, shipping included.
In case of defective wallpaper, Coordonné’s liability is limited to the maximum value of the wallpaper invoiced and cannot in any case extend to any other reimbursement (labor, supplies, damages, etc.).
The payment of the price of the products and the respective shipping costs can be made by debit and credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS) and PAYPAL. Coordonné is committed to use the most efficient and secure methods of current technology to transmit data and payments for each transaction.
The credit card payment gateway is done through STRIPE to offer a 100% secure payment. The data will never be used by Coordonné except to complete the procedures related to the purchase, to issue refunds in case of eventual returns and to prevent and inform the police forces in case of any fraud committed on coordonne.com by the buyer.
