Health, well-being and safety

Healthcare Access

All employees have access to a private complementary health insurance plan, which offers tax deductions under the personal income tax (IRPF).

Injury prevention

We implement programmes and policies to prevent ergonomics-related injuries, including annual health risk assessments for all employees.

Safety policies

We have written policies in place to minimise workplace accidents and injuries. In addition, we maintain a record of injuries, incidents and lost workdays, which is available to all employees.

Employee handbook

We have a handbook that includes a non-discrimination statement, an anti-harassment policy with reporting mechanisms and disciplinary procedures, and information about working hours.

Parental leave

We offer more than 5 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers, ensuring equal compensation for both primary and secondary caregivers, with policies that also support flexibility for breastfeeding mothers.

Healthy eating

We provide seasonal fruit to all staff, promoting healthy habits among employees. The new headquarters will feature an outstanding kitchen where gastronomic teambuilding events can be held.
