Future goals

Our company strives to maintain a supply chain that not only ensures the quality of our products but also reflects our values of sustainability and social responsibility. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, prioritising those who use responsible materials and hold quality certifications.

Sustainability assessment

We have conducted a survey on practices to evaluate the social and environmental commitment of our suppliers, fostering ongoing dialogue aligned with our sustainability goals.

Long-term relationships

We maintain average relationships of over 60 months with our suppliers, allowing us to build strong, trustworthy, committed, and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Product certifications

More than 75% of the materials or products we acquire have social and environmental certifications. We collaborate with our suppliers to improve these certifications through independent organisations, thereby ensuring their quality.

Supplier evaluation:

Key suppliers are assessed on various aspects to ensure alignment with our values of sustainability and social and environmental responsibility:

  • Compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and standards related to social and environmental performance.
  • Good governance practices, including anti-corruption policies.
  • Practices that exceed regulatory requirements on human rights, ensuring the absence of child or forced labour, as well as policies for fair wages, for example
  • Certifications granted by independent organizations that validate good social and environmental performance, or external certification audits
  • Environmental management is ensured through the verification of a recognised environmental management system (e.g., ISO 14001), along with the existence of a formal environmental policy or the conduct of internal and external environmental audits.
  • Monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions, implementation of effective measures for their reduction, and review of waste management policies that promote recycling and reuse beyond regulatory requirements.
  • Capacity to monitor the impact on water and marine resources, along with the implementation of measures for responsible water use management
  • Existence of diversity and inclusion policies, as well as the percentage of women in the workforce. Publication of sustainability reports and the existence of a code of conduct that includes social and transparency criteria.

Next steps

On the path to B Corp certification, we embrace sustainability not as a one-time achievement but as a continuous improvement process. We firmly believe that the transformation toward a responsible company is a collective journey. We want this certification to reflect not only what we do today but also our commitment to creating a lasting positive impact, protecting the well-being of our communities and the environment for future generations.

Be part of the B Corp community

At Coordonné, we have decided to join the global B Corp movement, becoming part of a community of more than 6,250 companies worldwide that share a common goal: to create a positive impact on society and the planet. Being part of this community is not simply about obtaining a certification, but about making a deep commitment to developing a business model that places people and the planet at the heart of its strategy.

What is B Corp?

B Corp is not just another certification; it is an international initiative that redefines business success by measuring a company’s overall impact in key areas such as Governance, Workers, Customers, Community, and Environment. This certification is designed for companies that aim not only to be the best in the world but also the best for the world, taking on a leadership role to address today’s social and environmental challenges
